Join 200+ designers, artists, developers, and writers from around the Midwest to celebrate the art of creating video games at the fourth annual Gamecraft, GLITCH’s locally hosted site for the 48-hour Global Game Jam.

Jammers will be served dinner and drinks during Friday’s opening ceremony. The weekend will also include complimentary coffee, tea, and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.

All skill levels are welcomed and encouraged to participate.

Friday Schedule

4:00pm Development Ends

Wrap up your game and submit it to Global Game Jam’s official website

Parking Options

Parking can be a pain but we’re here to help! The Maroon and Gold lots surrounding TCF Bank Stadium are the most affordable with a $5 daily rate. The Church Street Garage offers hourly rates (capping at $12 per day) but is directly across the street from Rapson Hall.

Getting to GameCraft

Rapson Hall is conveniently located off of the “UofM East Bank” Green Line stop. Taking a train directly from the airport, Mall of America, or even downtown Saint Paul is fast, affordable and easy. No need to worry about driving to campus or find parking!
